Meet Russell F. Dunn
Our founder, Mr. Dunn, is a distinguished academic with over 30 years of experience. As a Professor Emeritus, he has crafted and delivered graduate tax programs at prestigious institutions such as Florida International University and Florida Atlantic University. His expertise spans IRS Practice and Procedures, Federal Tax Research, and Advanced Corporate Tax, making him a sought-after speaker at CPA organizations and a guest on IRS Tax Talk Today.
Lois Dunn, Enrolled Agent, Dunn & Co., CPAs, PA
Lois Dunn, Enrolled Agent, has joined Dunn & Co., CPAs, PA after nearly 34 years with the IRS. Starting as an Internal Revenue Agent in 1988, Lois advanced to the Problem Resolution Office before becoming a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for Passive Activity Loss, where she aided agents and conducted training.
Lois's career then led her to the Large and Mid-Size Business Division, working on major corporate examinations and becoming an SME in UNICAP and accounting method changes. Later, as an Appeals Officer, she advised on technical issues and taught educational courses for the IRS.
